Fitness Centre 

Fitness centres provides you with a lot of equipment and programs that will benefit you, so you can be fit and healthy. Fitness centers gives you options to choose from, it offers you a range of programs and equipment that you can enjoy.

Below is a list that is commonly found in fitness centres:

- Main workout area

The main workout area has a list of equipment, this area consists of weights such as dumbbells, it has a bench press, and this area has various machines to exercise muscles all over the body. Some of the machines that you may find are arm curl, hip abductor, leg press, chest press, converging shoulder press etc.


-Cardio area

Cardio area has cardiovascular equipment such as treadmill, stationary exercise bikes etc. The machines may also consist with audio and visual display, so you wont get bored using these machines.


-Sports facilities

A fitness centre may have a range of sports including football, basketball, racquetball, boxing etc. the most common sport in the fitness center is swimming.


-Yoga

Yoga has many health benefits; it focuses on your physical, mental and spiritual discipline.

-Personal trainers

There are plenty of personal trainers in a fitness centre, they can instruct and help you in your training, you can take valuable advice about your diet and health, and they motivate you so you can achieve your goals.

-Physical therapy
 This is a health care facility, which examines disabilities in patients. This service targets the health problems that are associated with the patient.






-Other services

A fitness centre has other services such as snack bars, cafes, wellness area etc.
It can even have a sauna this is a small room in which you experience dry or wet heat sessions; this is extremely good if you want to relax your body after a tough workout.
